Warranty

We have Certified Preowned and Refurbished Device. The certified preowned does not have warranty, However the Refurbished Device have 3 months warranty. Each device is thoroughly inspected and go trough multi-point inspection  process  and refurbished if necessary by our qualified technicians. All our phones receive Phonecheck Certification . All our Refurbished phones are covered by 3-months warranty. Details and conditions apply

 

In the event of a defect in the device, a repair warranty of the device is provided against defects in the device only. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by the 3-month warranty. 

Only defects that are not caused by the user are covered under our warranty policy. Any breakage caused by misuse of the phone is not guaranteed.

Shipping costs in the case of an exchange under the 3-month warranty will be paid by Formidable wireless. You have 3 months from the date of receipt of the device to make your warranty claim. Please note that when a warranty claim is made, we will repair or  replace parts
